How to Order

Online: To order via our web site, simply click the "order" button next to the product you wish to purchase. This links you to the shopping cart page, which allows you to add products and return to our site to continue shopping. Once you are ready to "check out" and purchase the products you have selected, you will enter your name, address, and payment information on the shopping cart form and submit the order via a secured system. As you fill out the shopping cart, you have the option of choosing "ground" shipping or "air" shipping.

Via Telephone: You can also call us toll-free at 1-877-368-6800 to order over the telephone. Our office hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.

Fax Orders: Print out our fax form and fax it to us at: 760-477-2605. If you include your email address on the fax order form we will email you a confirmation of your order.

Mail-In Orders: If you prefer to mail in your order, print out the fax form and mail the completed form to us with your payment (credit card, check or money order) made payable to "VQ ActionCare". Send the order to the following address:

Payment Options

VQ ActionCare accepts credit card payments using American Express, VISA Mastercard, and Discover cards. You can also pay with a personal check, U.S. money order, or cashier's check issued by a U.S. bank. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Please remember that we must verify payment of orders paid for with personal checks prior to shipping the products, which can take up to two weeks. Therefore, for the fastest service, we recommend paying with credit card, money order, or cashier's check.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.75% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside of California.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, we ship all orders to customer addresses within the continental U.S. via FedEx Ground shipment. We ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii via FedEx "second-day" air.

International Orders

Canadian customers please order from www.Wheels-of-Fitness.com.

Find other international distributors here. We can ship orders to customers located in most countries outside of the United States, but please contact us first to determine shipping costs and delivery time. All international orders must be paid via credit card, in U.S. dollars only. We do not accept non-U.S. personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders as payment for orders.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase at VQActionCare.com. That's why we offer a 30-day, unconditional money-back guarantee on every one of our products. If you return the product in good condition, and we receive it within 30 days from the day that it was originally delivered to your address, we will refund the purchase price or offer a credit for the purchase amount if you would like to exchange it for any other product at VQActionCare.com.

The customer is responsible for freight charges when shipping returned product back to VQ ActionCare. Your freight cost for returning the products may vary compared to the amount we originally charged you for shipping, due to the carrier you choose to use, fuel surcharges, etc.

If the potential cost for return shipping of the products is of concern, we suggest that you contact your preferred shipping provider and use the following information to get an estimate of the cost of shipping the Resistance Chair back to us: Weight: 28 lbs., box dimensions: 11" X 22" X 46". (Please note: Other products added to your order may affect the shipping charges due to added weight or additional boxes that are required.)

To return a product, call our corporate office toll-free at 1-877-368-6800 to request a "return authorization number". Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Once you have the return authorization number, re-package the product in the original box if possible and send it to: VQ ActionCare, 1390 Decision Street, Vista, CA 92081. Make sure to include your name, phone number, return authroization number, and order ID number (if available) with the shipment.
