Dual Pulley and Saddle Hook
The new version of the Freedom Flex includes the Saddle Hook and Dual Pulley attachments as standard equipment. THEREFORE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM SEPARATELY IF YOU ARE ALSO PURCHASING THE FREEDOM FLEX. If you own an older version of the Freedom Flex that did not include the dual pulley and saddle hook, you can add these attachments (pictured at left) in order to use your Resistance Cable exercise cables for strength exercises. The Saddle Hook clamps on to the upright pole and can be positioned at any point along the pole. This allows you to adjust the position of the Resistance Cables handles to suit your needs for each exercise.

Position the Health Step behind the chair for calf raises, or use it at the front of the Chair to bring your feet up into a higher position while using the Resistance Anchor Cable™ exercise cables. The PostureProp increases your resistance for chest press exercises and provides additional back support during strength-building exercises.
